You can easily remove a tag from one or a group of sticky notes. Make your changes to the tag’s icon, text, and color. To edit a tag, you’ll follow similar steps to how you added a tag.Ĭlick on a sticky note that has the tag you want to update.Ĭlick the ellipsis to the right of the tag you want to change. If you edit an existing tag, all other sticky notes in the current mural with that tag will reflect those changes. You can either hit Enter or click the + (plus) button to add the tag. Type your new tag in the Enter a tag field.Ĭlick the Add an icon button and select an icon for your tag (Optional).Ĭlick the Select color icon and pick a color for your tag (Optional). To select specific sticky notes, hold Command or Control and click the sticky notes you want. Remember: tags aren’t shared across murals, so any tagging you do is mural-specific.Ĭlick on a sticky note or click and drag to select multiple sticky notes. When you create new sticky notes in a mural, you can add any of the current mural’s existing tags to the new sticky note. You can even add icons and choose specific colors for your tags. Tag text is currently limited to 25 characters.Īdding tags to sticky notes is simple. You can only add tags to 3x3, 5x3, and circle sticky notes.Ĭreated tags are only visible in the mural you make them in. Collaborators can't add tags during Private Mode.
